We value quality of friendships over quantity of friendships.

Yes, our community is open to anyone in the local area who wants to meet new friends and find a place to belong. "RSVP-NEW FRIEND" on our Potluck Sign Up Page. We encourage you to attend any of our meetings to better understand what the LBFC is all about.

Our community typically meets once a month on a Wednesday. Doors open at 5:00pm. Please check upcoming events for meeting dates. (Future dates, time and location subject to change.  Always check schedule before attending)

Begins January 2025, there will be a minimum  of $35/ yearly donation per member.

Be you! Casual and friendly

Typically doors open at 5:00pm to allow volunteers to help with set up before a 5:30pm start for refreshments and social time.  Dinner buffet (potluck) line starts at approximately 6:15pm, followed by a short meeting that will finish by 7:30pm.  Social time can continue as volunteers clear tables and return room to pre-meeting condition by 8:00pm.

We value quality friendships by personal involvement.. The only way to become caring friends, we encourage our members to be "actively" be involved  in our community by attending our monthly meet-ups, volunteer to help each other, check in with each other and be motivated to build caring relationships by practicing our core values with each other.
